Singer Donatto today presents his debut EP, “Mixtape”, on all music apps. Listen and download here: https://umusicbrazil.lnk.to/Mixtape. The work consists of four tracks and has production by Humberto Tavares and GTS. On the same date, the single and music video for “Hey Girl” is also featured on the singer’s official YouTube channel.
This EP shows Donatto’s versatility as it walks through various styles within pop, without losing the focus of love. In the four songs that make up the project, “Netflix”, the opening song, an acoustic ballad, brings a more intimate feel. Already in “Hey Girl” there is a complete change of style, in which Donatto declares and has fun in an electronic reggae. In “Our Story,” the singer features a flirtatious R&B and hip hop. “Decision” is the synthesis of what to expect from Donatto, a song that mixes reggaeton, samba, rock, pop in one place.
Donatto is known for his collaborations with big names in music. With Anitta, he participated in his project Anittinha (Gloob); along with Belo and PK, he made the song “Indomitable”. The artist is also one of the composers and arranger of “Engaging”, a success in Buchecha’s voice. Donatto is still composer of Gabily, Shaman and Clau’s latest collaboration, “Rabetão”. He also participates in other hits with the BFF Group, Lexa, Lucas and Ear, Ludmilla, Mc Rebecca, Mc Duduzinho, Mc Zaac, Nego Borel, PK, FreeStyle, Sofia and UM44K. Donatto is currently working on the production of Kevin O-Chris’s new DVD.
Born in Curitiba (PR), since very young Donatto already showed intimacy with musical instruments. In 2012, at the age of 11, he made his television debut, participating in the first season of TV Record’s Idols Kids program. In 2018, Donatto moved to Rio de Janeiro to start his work with producer U.M. MUSIC and, in less than 1 year, participated as a composer, arranger and programmer of several projects of renowned national artists.
